Downgrading of iNotes Services
Please note that with immediate effect, iNotes accounts will be locked after three unsuccessful login attempts. Please call ITMU Helpdesk at 3918 4184 for account unlocking.
Password is required to be changed every month.
Due to server performance issue, some users have experienced repeated prompt asking to change password. To avoid the problem, after changing the password, you are advised to quit / close the internet browser when you see the message "Password Change Request Submitted". After 15 minutes, please re-logon to the system using the new password.
