REMINDER
Using a PC in public area such as an Internet Cafe is inherently risky.
A disreputable establishment may have programs installed in their PCs that could capture your logon ID and password.
A hotel business center would probably be safer.

Interruption of iNotes Services

Due to system upgrade works of DOJ, the iNotes services will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 13 Jun 2009 (Saturday). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Downgrading of iNotes Services

Please note that with immediate effect, iNotes accounts will be locked after three unsuccessful login attempts. Please call ITMU Helpdesk at 3918 4184 for account unlocking.

Password is required to be changed every month.

Due to server performance issue, some users have experienced repeated prompt asking to change password. To avoid the problem, after changing the password, you are advised to quit / close the internet browser when you see the message "Password Change Request Submitted". After 15 minutes, please re-logon to the system using the new password.
